The basics to help you feel at ease when you ride

The course takes place over one day and involves a combination of theoretical and practical sessions.

During the various briefings and specific exercises, under the supervision of highly qualified instructors headed up by Dario Marchetti (a team that also includes official Ducati test rider Alessandro Valia and the 59-time Italian Motorally champion Matteo Graziani), topics such as balancing the bike, where to direct your gaze, riding position, the braking phase, the use of ABS, and high and low-speed slalom will all be covered.

The course also offers participants the chance to hire technical apparel (a two-piece men’s or women’s suit, helmet, gloves and boots) and concludes with the distribution of certificates of participation. The environment in which the course takes place is specifically designed for safe riding, as well as being exclusively reserved for the course. The Ducati models available for participants are: the Monster 797 and the new Monster 821. Both are particularly accessible and easy to ride.

In this way, the Safety Level 1 is the ideal choice for those wanting to build confidence with the bike and will provide all the tools participants need to become real bikers.
